Nestled into the heart of downtown Black Mountain, Black Mountain Primary’s vision and goals revolve around how we can best increase student achievement, build leaders,and support students to become successful citizens.
BMP serves students from kindergarten through 3rd grade. We are the only A+ arts school in Buncombe County school system. A+ schools combine interdisciplinary teaching and daily arts instruction, offering children opportunities to develop creative innovative ways of thinking, learning, and showing what they know.
